This class is suitable for expectant parents and Grandparents and those parents and grandparents with newborns and older babies. We discuss the benefits of massage, massage oils, where and when to massage and massage strokes and techniques you can use with your newborn and adapt as he or she grows. This is a small group class, relaxed and fun but informative.

Expectant Parents Class: Baby Massage 101
Price: $65 for up to 90 minutes
This class is suitable for expectant parents and Grandparents and will introduce you to Infant Massage. We cover benefits of infant massage, massage oils, where and when to massage and massage strokes you can use with your newborn baby when he / she arrives. The class is small group, relaxed but informative.

Fathers and Parenting Partners Class: Bonding with Baby through Massage
Price: $65 for up to 90 minutes
This class is designed for fathers and parent partners who might not be the primary caregiver and are looking for ways to bond and connect with their newborn or older baby. The class covers benefits of infant massage, massage oils, how to make massage part of your daily routine and massage strokes and techniques you can use with your baby and adapt as he or she grows.

Tummy Massage Class Helps with Gas, Colic, & Constipation
Price: $50 for up to 60 minutes
This class is for any parents or caregiver looking for ways to help a baby suffering from Gas, Colic or Constipation through massage and touch techniques. Tummy massage can help support a baby’s digestive system so is beneficial for all babies. We cover benefits of massage specifically for the tummy, massage oils, where and when to offer tummy massage and strokes and techniques for the tummy. We also teach you how to develop a Gas and Colic Routine specifically for your baby.

Class options can include: Any of the current virtual classes can be given in the studio as individual or small group up to 3 parents/babies or 3 expectant parents. Classes can be customized!

This small group in-person “Introduction to Infant Massage” class is suitable for expectant parents and Grandparents and those parents and grandparents with newborns and older babies. Professional caregivers are welcome to attend. Babies from Newborn to 1 year.
During the 90 minute class we discuss the benefits of infant massage, baby massage oils, where and when to massage and learn massage strokes and techniques you can use with your newborn and adapt as he or she grows. We will cover specific strokes to help with gas, colic and constipation, teething and nasal congestion.
This class is baby centered, relaxed and fun but aims to be informative and helpful.
Wear comfortable clothes and bring any baby / parent necessities. We will be using floor mats for learning the strokes but a chair will be available if needed. Feel free to bring your own massage oil but coconut oil and sunflower or grapeseed oil is provided. Refreshments are also available.
If you are an expectant parent or your baby prefers to sleep through class or just not in the mood for massage please bring a doll / teddy / soft toy or you can always use one of our demo dolls.
