This small group in person class is suitable for expectant parents and Grandparents and those parents and grandparents with newborns and older babies. Professional caregivers are welcome to attend. Babies from Newborn to 1year.

During the 90 minute class we discuss the benefits of infant massage, baby massage oils, where and when to massage and learn massage strokes and techniques you can use with your newborn and adapt as he or she grows. We will cover specific strokes to help with gas, colic and constipation, teething and nasal congestion.
This class is baby centered, relaxed and fun but aims to be informative and helpful.

Wear comfortable clothes and bring any baby / parent necessities. We will be using floor mats for learning the strokes but a chair will be available if needed. Feel free to bring your own massage oil but coconut oil and sunflower or grapeseed oil is provided. Refreshments are also available.

If you are an expectant parent or your baby prefers to sleep through class or just not in the mood for massage please bring a doll / teddy / soft toy or you can always use one of our demo dolls.
